  2. Sisters, I tuned in today to EWTN’s broadcast of Solemn Vespers from St. Peter’s, and who did I see in the assembly but “my adoptee”, Cardinal Giuseppe Versaldi! It was quite a thrill, we were praying together! Thank you again for directing us to this program, it is making this historical event even more meaningful for me! God Bless, Doreen

    • I was just going to post the video of Solemn Vespers when I saw your comment. So glad you, and so many around the world, can join in prayer through EWTN’s broadcast. We have loved praying for our Cardinals by name, too – makes it even more personal. I’m praying for Cardinal Erdo of Budapest.

  3. JMJ I received Cardinal Santos Abril y Castello.
Almighty and everlasting Father, who hast given the Holy Spirit to abide with us forever: Bless, we beseech Thee, Cardinal Santos Abril y Castello of the Cardinal Electors soon to be assembled in Thy Name, that Thy Church, being preserved in true faith and godly discipline, may fulfill all the mind of Him who loved it and gave Himself for it, thy Son Jesus Christ our Saviour; Who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the unity of the same Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen. We must purify ourselves with Confession, Eucharist, Prayer, Fasting, Alms. Offer up our pain and sufferings. God bless you. Viva Cristo Rey.
