It’s official – we LOVE Comfort! Saturday was a great day – not just because our soap was a success, but because we met so many wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and Nonnavita, we are so grateful to each and every one of you. We will be talking about this day for a long time to come, and we feel privileged to have had the opportunity to meet so many kind and welcoming folks.
Check out our cool gifts from Jesse at the Comfort Chamber of Commerce (that’s him in the photo with us):
The next time you’re in Comfort and need a pick me up get yourself over to High’s Cafe and Store for coffee and a scone (and there’s plenty more on the menu if you’re hungry). You’ll soon find out why it’s the most popular spot in town. Denise and her crew will make you feel so at home, you’ll forget you’re from out-of-town. Thank you so much, Denise, for so graciously inviting us to set up shop at High’s during the Fruhlingsfest. We had a blast!
We’re going to be at High’s Cafe and Store this Saturday, April 5th, with lots of Nonnavita Soap! Please come and visit with us, sample some soap, and enjoy a nice lunch. This event is in conjunction with the Comfort Fruhlingsfest, a German celebration of spring. Come and enjoy live music, arts and crafts in the Comfort Historic District from 10am to 3pm. Can’t wait to see you there!
It’s not too late to snag a lovely gift bag of Nonnavita Soap for your Valentine!
Our gift bags are tied with a bow and ready to gift, with two bars of soap (Blood Orange & Bergamot and Texas Prairie) and a lovely cedar soap dish. This slatted cedar soap dish is our favorite (we keep one by every sink), because it allows water to drain away, keeping your soap bar dry.
St. Valentine’s Day is this Friday, so order by Tuesday to make sure your gift will arrive in time. Click here to order.
Tomorrow (Saturday, November 30th) we will be at the Williams-Sonoma Artisan Market at the Shops at La Cantera from noon to 4pm with Nonnavita Soap! Come by and pick up some great stocking stuffers.
Sr. Grace Marie has been working hard today on her famous gift baskets – we were planning to debut them at the Williams-Sonoma Artisan Market tomorrow, but we just learned that it is cancelled! If you, like us, were planning to be there tomorrow, we apologize. If you feel sorry for us and would like to cheer us up, click here.
Here’s a preview of the baskets you won’t be seeing tomorrow…
Sniff and Save? Yes, that’s right, sniff and save. This Saturday you can choose your favorite Nonnavita scents by sampling them in person at Williams-Sonoma. And you’ll save on shipping, or at least, you’ll save us shipping costs (since we ship Nonnavita at no cost to you) by buying them in store at the Artisan Market.
Please come see us this Saturday, November 23, between noon and four pm at Williams-Sonoma located at the Shops at La Cantera. You’ll be able to sample delicious treats from other local artisans, and find that perfect kitchen doodad you’ve been needing. This is a great time to get your Christmas shopping done now so you can spend your Advent preparing for Our Lord’s Birth.
